Nationwide drive against polio begins today

A nationwide campaign against polio will be launched today (Monday) and polio drops are going to be administered around 40 million children below five years of age in next three days. Over 260,000 health workers will take part in polio vaccinate campaign and administer polio drops to 39.6 million children. The campaign will start field operations across the country under the umbrella of National Emergency Action Plan of the Pakistan Polio Eradication Program (NEAP) 2020.
