PMEX daily trading report
On Wednesday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, PMEX Commodity Index closed at 4,351.
The traded value of Metals, Energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 3.491 billion and the number of lots traded was 7,048.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 911.279 million, followed by Crude Oil PKR 848.037 million, Currencies through COTS PKR 588.862 million, NSDQ100 PKR 403.900 million, Platinum PKR 245.105 million, Silver PKR 199.945 million, DJ PKR 131.516 million, SP500 PKR 68.826 million, Brent Crude Oil PKR 54.612 million, Natural Gas PKR 30.811 million and Copper PKR 8.242 million.
In agriculture commodities two lots of Wheat amounting to PKR 8.541 million and 12 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 6.203 million were traded.
