Punjab Auqaf Minister Syed Saeed ul Hassan Shah has said that on the direction of the Punjab Chief Minister, a master plan has been chalked out to retrieve Auqaf department's land from land grabbers.
He expressed these views while addressing a meeting of Zonal Nazmeen of Auqaf here on Saturday. Punjab Auqaf Secretary Gulzar Hussain Shah, Directors and Zonal Nazmeen of Auqaf attended the meeting.
While addressing the meeting, the Minister said that a strict master plan has been evolved to retrieve the land owned by the Punjab Auqaf Department from land grabbers. "Committees have been constituted at tehsil level. Under the new strategy, with the coordination of district administration, revenue department and anti-corruption department, land would be retrieved at any cost. A chart has been prepared regarding weekly and monthly performance report," he added.
