The government has refused permission to hold a public rally at Liaquat Bagh Rawalpindi on the martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, the spokesman for the Pakistan People's Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in a press statement said that the government is using nefarious tactics but he wants to make it clear that the public rally on martyrdom anniversary will take place at Liaqat Bagh at any cost.
The PPP will approach the courts for holding rally at Liaquat Bagh on the martyrdom anniversary of Benazir Bhutto. He claimed, "This fascist selected government is not allowing PPP to observe martyrdom anniversary of its leader.
The selected government is frightened of people's politics and is trying to silence every dissenting voice. The new Pakistan of 'selected' is not very different from India of extremist Modi."-PR
