"More than 23 million children who face communication disability which is rising in Pakistan with each passing day and in our country do not have enough therapists to treat such patients. In the sphere of speech development we have numerous challenges but still Pakistan has made a lot of progress in clinical research and expertise," says Prof Dr Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui, Vice Chancellor Ziauddin University (ZU) on the orientation ceremony of XIII batch of Ziauddin College of Speech Language and Hearing Sciences (ZCSLHS).
He motivated new batch and said "It is our responsibility to help those who are fighting with the problems of speech and hearing. I feel proud for you all to choose this specific area because you have to learn and work really hard."
