Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) technical ground support department has successfully overhauled totally abandoned equipment with its own resources, saving billions of rupees for the airline.
According to details, an extraordinary effort by the technical ground support department of PIA when they took the obsolete and fast-perishing aircraft equipment and brought it back in stellar working condition. The equipment included two conveyor belts, two forklifts, two coasters and one tug master. CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik also paid a visit and appreciated the team for going an extra mile for PIA and improving services for airline's customers.
