On behalf of Pakistan Edible Oil Refiners Association (PEORA), I would like to welcome all the delegates who are attending 5th Pakistan Edible Oil Conference (PEOC). It is indeed an honor for Pakistan to organize this Conference.
It is truly a privilege for PEORA to be one of the organizers of PEOC which has now become a regular feature. The edible oil Industry in Pakistan comprises of refineries, ghee & cooking oil plants and oil extraction units.
PEORA is indeed playing a very significant role to increase the value addition in the Edible Oil Industry. The concept of continuous refining is now gaining momentum and more and more refineries are being set up to refine Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Crude Soya Oil and Canola Oil.
The refineries are not only supplying fresh RBD Palm Oil to ghee industry but also Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) to our soap industry. The Pakistan Edible Oil Conference (PEOC) is a very strong platform not only for our local Industry to add value to their products but also for our suppliers to increase their market share. I wish Pakistan Edible Oil Conference (PEOC) a great success.
