The austerity drive of the Punjab government has led to a drastic cut in the entertainment expenses, said a report issued by the provincial government. According to details, the Punjab government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has spent Rs50 million in 2018-19 against Rs90 million of the previous government under the head of entertainment expenses. So far as fuel consumption is concerned, the Buzdar government has also ensured a considerable cut and brought it down to Rs20 million from Rs30 million by the previous government.
