Under the directions of Director General FDA Suhail Khawaja four unapproved housing schemes have been sealed by the FDA team under the ongoing operation against the illegal and unapproved housing schemes.
The housing schemes which have been sealed included Al-Haq Homes, Allied City, Dean Paradise and Valencia Garden Extension Samundri road. The FDA team has also demolished the illegal constructions in these housing schemes besides sealing their offices.
The management of unapproved housing schemes have been asked to get the approval for town planning after fulfilling all legal and departmental requirements, otherwise, they could not sale the plots illegally.
The DG said that crackdown against unapproved housing schemes would continue without any discrimination and each and every housing scheme would be brought into legal and departmental framework.
He asked the management of the unapproved housing schemes to get the approval from the concerned departments in their and public larger interest. He informed that a special cell had been set up in FDA for developers of town planning to process the approval cases expeditiously. The applicants can also contact him in case of any complaint or hurdle, he maintained.
