NAIROBI: The Kenyan shilling was firm on Friday amid thin dollar demand with most market players staying on the sidelines ahead of the central bank's monetary policy committee meeting on Monday, traders said.
At 0711 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 100.75/95 per dollar, the same as Thursday's close.
