President Dr Arif Alvi Saturday held a meeting with Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar, here Saturday and exchanged views on government affairs and other matters of mutual interest.
President Dr Arif Alvi arrived in Lahore for two days official visit. He reached Governor House where both held a meeting and discussed important issues. Punjab Governor Sarwar apprised the President about steps taken by the Punjab Aab-e-Pak Authority for provision of clean drinking water to the people.
He also briefed the President about reforms and other initiatives introduced in the universities across the province. Moreover, President visited Utility Store in Mozang area. He enquired from the people present there about prices of essential items.
