Kamyab Jawan programme: PM to distribute cheques among Sindh youth: Firdous
Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said the federal government is committed to the development of Sindh and has offered all possible assistance to the provincial government in this regard.
Addressing a press conference here on Monday, the special assistant said Karachi was the trade hub of the country and the Prime Minister was taking keen interest in its development. Earlier, she said the government would take forward with full force the agenda of progress and prosperity of people under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In a series of tweets, Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said Prime Minister Imran Khan was arriving in Karachi, bringing good news for the youth. She said the Prime Minister would distribute cheques among youth of Sindh to rid them of disappointment under Kamyab Jawan Programme. The program would prove to be an important step toward materialization of the dreams of the youth of Sindh, she further said.
The special assistant said progress of the youth of Sindh was tantamount to strengthening the federation. She said, "Youth is our precious asset and empowering them is the vision of the Prime Minister." She added those initiatives were imperative to create opportunities for the youth to move forward, make them partner in the process of development, and to accelerate the economic progress.
The special assistant said those who wanted to create political chaos had been disappointed. She claimed the political opponents, who were trying to present democratic differences as conspiracy, should know that the government was not only strong with the support of the allies but the democratic differences had also been resolved in a democracy way.
