French wheat offered lowest offer at Egypt's GASC tender

DUBAI: Egypt's state grains buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC,) on Thursday received a lowest offer of $231.50 per tonne for 60,000 tonnes of French wheat at international purchase tender for the grain, traders said.
The offer was presented by Glencore.GASC is seeking an unspecified quantity of wheat for shipment March 11-25.
At its last purchase tender on Jan. 14, GASC bought 240,000 tonnes of wheat to from Russia and Romania for shipment from March 1-10.
