The Annual meeting of Provincial Accreditation Committee was held under the chairmanship of Zeenat Jehan, Director Press Information on behalf of Information Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi on January 30, 2020. The following journalists from different organizations and members of Provincial Accreditation Committee Sindh attended the meeting.

Aslam Khan, Bureau Chief, Dunya TV, Asif Jia Ja, General Secretary, Pakistan Press Photographers Association, Karachi, Rifat Saeed, Senior Journalist, Aaj TV, Dr Ayub Shaikh, Sr Journalist, Karachi, Salik Majeed, Senior Journalist, Daily Nawa-i-Waqt, Karachi, Mushtaq Suhail, Bureau Chief, daily Kawish, Tahir Hassan Khan, Senior Journalist and President Karachi Press Club Imtiaz Khan Faran were also attended.
The meeting discussed the issuance of Accreditation Card for the year 2020 and decided that Accreditation Cards will not be issued to government servants according to Honourable Courts' decisions. However it has also been decided that Information Department will write letter to all channels and print media to send the names of journalists, photographers/cameramen for issuance of Accreditation Cards and provide the names within one week so that the process to be started in letter and spirit to facilitate the journalists from 15th February 2020.
