Muhammad Yahya, President Karachi Customs Agents Association (KCAA), clarified his statement carried by Business Recorder on Jan 30. According to him, the sterilization of containers is the duty of the concerned departments such as Ministry of Plant, Protection, Health Ministry and Terminals but not Pakistan Customs.
