Occasions event planners & organisers organised the fourth edition of its flagship recruitment event, The UNI CORP CAREER CONNECT (UCCC) 2020 - Open for all on Saturday here. UCCC 2020 was hosted by Occasions event planners & organisers in collaboration with Hamdard University and Takaful Pakistan and other partners: DP World, Searl, Chaseup, Allied Rental, Vital Tea, FM 105, Tech DC respectively. 60 national and multinational companies participated in the career fair.
The event served as an excellent opportunity for all students to be aware of pre-requisites of joining the corporate sector, interact with different potential employers, forward their resumes and receive career advice from professionals.
The atmosphere was vibrant and charged with recruitment activities such as on spot interviews, group discussions, training sessions, live auditions and networking. All the partners and sponsors were welcomed by CEO Occasions, vice chancellor of Hamdard University and Rizwan Hussain, MD Takaful Pakistan.
Rizwan Hussain said that these types of events create a greater impact on job market, this is the best platform for the job seekers to engage with corporate sector under one roof.
Hamdard University Project Poster Exhibition Competition & Uni Corp Career Connect Fair 2020 was held at Hall no. 2 of Expo Centre from 10:00am to 5pm. Many universities from Karachi participated in the Project and Poster Exhibition and Competition. More than 50 projects and posters competitors took part in the event, from various engineering, sciences and technology fields as well as from pharmacy and eastern medicine.
