The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred and posted Dr Arslan Subuctageen Director General, Directorate General of IPR (Enforcement), Islamabad to Member (Legal & Accounting-Customs), FBR.
According to a notification issued here on Friday by the FBR, Ahmad Reza Khan Collector, Collectorate of Customs, (Appeals), Islamabad has been transferred and posted as Director General, Directorate General of IPR (Enforcement), Islamabad. He will also look after the charge of the post of Director General, Directorate General of CPEC, Islamabad in addition to his own duties.
In pursuance of order dated 18.07.2018 passed by the Federal Service Tribunal, Islamabad in Appeal No. 979(R) CS/2015 and Supreme Court of Pakistan order dated 17.10.2019 in Civil Appeal No. 1281 of 2019, the Competent Authority has reinstated Muhammad Anwar Goraya (IRS/BS-21) into Government service w.e.f 02.01.2015.
On attaining the age of superannuation, Muhammad Anwar Goraya, BS-21 officer of Inland Revenue Service, Ex-Member, Appellate Tribunal-IR, Karachi stood retired from Government service w.e.f 05.01.2015, FBR added.
