IT industry lacks trained human resource: JBS

CEO Jaffer Business Systems (JBS), Veqar ul Islam has said that Pakistan has to be turned around once again if business sector valuing all type of technology and information technology professionals grow their business.

Speaking at ERP conference and exhibition organised by HR Legends, he said that IT industry does not utilise the potential of biggest asset that is the trained human resource who needs their recognition otherwise there will be retardation in higher growth.

He emphasise upon business principles and business problems whenever IT company is initiating its new business and industry.

He deliberated the industry doubt that we did not understand business principles and our product is not designed according to the global best practices, and added, in this context we bear the losses then we start not paying the government taxes to recover our losses.

Currently the world is working in a very decent manner. It is working hard to develop best software. Software is a précis science and it must be accompanied by "Statement of Work".

Founder HR Legends, Ghulam Mustafa concluded that ERP leads the business transformation, and while discussing about the event theme he said that if business people come to know about ERP then they come to you, so we are creating the opportunities for ERP vendors and the purpose of the event is to bridging the existing gaps and support their professional aspirations.
