Two former MPAs join PML-Q

The Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) has begun activities for the local government elections as two former members of the Punjab Assembly from Samundari Ch Mazhar Ali Gill and Ch Arif Mahmood Gill Monday announced to join the PML-Q along with their colleagues. They called on Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi and announced to join the PML-Q reposing full confidence in the PML-Q leadership.

Welcoming them in the PML-Q fold, Ch Parvez Elahi asked them to make party strong and effective in Faisalabad ahead of local bodies' polls. He further stressed on getting united to win maximum numbers in the upcoming local government elections. "The PML-Q has served the general public through local government representatives across the province," he said.
