ZAGREB: Croatia's Finance Ministry sold one-year treasury bills worth 1.014 billion kuna ($147.58 million), against a 1.0 billion kuna target, at an unchanged yield of 0.06 percent, ministry data showed on Tuesday.

A little more than 80 percent of the paper was soaked up by non-banking sector investors.

The ministry occasionally also offers three-month and six-month bills as well as those denominated in euros.

After the auction, Croatia's short-term local currency debt inched down to 17.51 billion kuna from 17.57 billion.

The next auction is scheduled for Feb. 25, the ministry said.
