HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) season five trophy has been unveiled at the National Stadium Karachi on Wednesday.
The trophy was bought to the stadium by squash icon Jahangir Khan, where captains and owners of all six franchises were present along with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Ehsan Mani and CEO Wasim Khan.
However, Multan Sultans captain Shan Masood didn't attend the ceremony as he is playing a match against MCC in Lahore.
The month long tournament will start from February 20 with an opening ceremony followed by a match between the defending champions Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United.
As many as 36 foreign player are taking part in the tournament which is entirely held in Pakistan for the first time. Match will be played in four cities — Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi.
