Amendments to kite flying act challenged

A citizen and others challenged on Saturday before the Lahore High Court amendments made in the kite flying act. The petitioners contended that the government under the amendments banned kite flying in the province. They said ban on kite flying caused damage to the business and hence it is a violation against the fundamental rights. They therefore prayed to the court to declare the amendments as illegal and unconstitutional.
