Sindh reported on Friday its first death due to the coronavirus taking the total number of deaths to three in Pakistan.
Sindh Health Minister Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho has confirmed the death of a 77-year-old patient in Karachi. Pechuho further said that the patient was a cancer survivor and had diabetes.
The deceased had no travel history, local media reported.
