Rectification of complaints: SNGPL issues cell numbers of executives

Recognising the current situation regarding the coronavirus pandemic, to facilitate the consumers, the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has issued cell numbers of its concerned executives for rectification of the complaints. Consumers would now be able to register complaints for gas leakage and pressure issues at home instead of visiting complaint offices. In accordance with the directives issued by senior management, General Manager Islamabad Region Muhammad Zahoor has ensured that the valued consumers of Islamabad region shall receive uninterrupted supply of gas during these difficult times. The General Manager Islamabad region, Muhammad Zahoor states that emergency personnel shall be ready 24-7. The public welcomed the initiatives taken by the SNGPL to facilitate them, while playing its role in curbing the spread of the virus.
