The Met Office on Saturday forecast mainly dry weather in the most parts of the country in the next 24 hours. Weather in Karachi is likely to remain sunny with a maximum temperature ranging up to 34 degrees Celsius and 80 percent humidity on Sunday. "A shallow westerly waves is affecting upper parts of the country," it added.
Maximum rainfall was recorded in millimeters:
Kashmir: Rawalakot 67, Kotli 61, Muzaffarabad 38, Garhidupatta 32, Punjab: Islamabad (Saidpur 66, Golra 57, Bokra 53, ZP 48, AP 34), Rawalpindi (Shamshabad 62, Chaklala 27), Murree 41, Sialkot ( AP 30, City 08), Gujranwala 29, DG Khan 26, Gujrat 15, Jhelum 12, Attock, Mandi Bahauddin 05, Kasur, Dalbandin 03, Lahore 01,
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Balakot 48, Kakul 42, Saidu Sharif, Patan 14, Dir (Lower 17, Upper 09), Parachinar 06, Malamjabba 02, Gilgit-Baltistan: Astore 11, Chillas, Bagrote 07, Gilgit 05, Skardu 03. Minimum temperature was minus 1 degree Celsius in Kalam over the past 24 hours.
