The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration on Saturday started disinfection spray in the residential sectors of the metropolis to control the spread of the COVID-19 after completion of spray in areas where some people were tested positive for coronavirus.

Similarly, the district administration Rawalpindi also continued disinfection spray in various parts of the city as well as at banks, the Utility Stores, and medical stores. The Rawalpindi administration decided to join hands with all the non-government organizations (NGOs) and welfare organizations, which have started distribution of ration to various households in Rawalpindi, to avoid the overlapping of efforts of the various groups, an official said.
Meanwhile, four coronavirus patients admitted at the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) recovered and were discharged from the hospital.
Usama Ijaz, 22, who recovered from the COVID-19, appreciated the efforts of the doctors and the paramedical staff for giving him the best possible treatment.
