Gilgit-Baltistan extends lockdown till April 21
- GB has reported three deaths due to COVID-19.
The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) decided on Wednesday to extend the lockdown till April 21 amid the spike in the coronavirus cases.
The Information Department on GB in a tweet announced that the lockdown imposed on March 24 has been extended till April 21. The total number of coronavirus cases in the province has reached 211.
GB has reported three deaths due to COVID-19.

Punjab too has extended the lockdown in the province till April 14. In a tweet on Monday Punjab government spokesperson Musarrat Cheema shared the notification by the government. She also asked the public follow the guidelines issued by government and ensure that they do not leave home unless necessary.
