Corona Philanthropy Drive: Khurshid made PM's focal person

Prime Minister Imran Khan has appointed Khurshid Alam as his focal person for Corona Philanthropy Drive with immediate effect and until further orders.

The appointment would be in honorary capacity with terms of references (ToRs); (i) propose measures to encourage people/businesses for enhanced patronage for corona fund; (ii) keep the prime minister updated about the drive; (iii) interact with all stakeholders to make the drive successful; and (iv) identify issues related to the drive, and propose remedial measures.

Secretarial support to the Prime Minister's Focal Person for Corona Philanthropy Drive would be provided by the Commerce Division.
