Qureshi launches FM Direct app

• FM says the app is a result of efforts in times of the coronavirus pandemic.

(Karachi) Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has launched the FM Direct app in Islamabad on Friday.

Addressing the participants, he said the app will help in judging the performance of people working in different Pakistani missions across the world.

He said that the app is a result of efforts in times of the coronavirus pandemic. He said, "The virus will leave its effects and will lead to a global change."

"We have to give digitalization more importance  after outbreak of coronavirus. Sooner or later it will completely transform the ways of communication." He said the entire world is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
