Former CJ PHC Tariq Pervez passes away

Former chief justice of Peshawar High Court Tariq Pervez has passed away. The late Peshawar High Court Chief Justice remained acting Chief Minister KP back in 2013 and performed his duties as a judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

He remained advocate general of KP and president of High Court bar. Meanwhile, the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed and other Judges of Supreme Court have expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Justice Tariq Parvez, former Judge Supreme Court of Pakistan.

They have extended their heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathies to members of the bereaved family of Justice Tariq Pervez. They prayed to Almighty Allah to shower His blessings upon the departed soul and to give patience to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity (Ameen).
