Blatant Indian atrocities on Kashmiri people pose danger to regional peace, says COAS
- Indian troops deliberately target civilian population which is unbearable and unacceptable: Bajwa.

(Karachi) Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that blatant Indian atrocities and aggression on people of Kashmir poses an eminent danger to the peace and stability of the region.
He said this during a visit to forward troops along the Line of Control on Wednesday, ISPR stated.
The COAS said that the Armed Forces of Pakistan will continue to give a befitting response to Indian atrocities to save the lives of innocent people.
He added that Indian troops deliberately target civilian population which is unbearable and unacceptable. “Blatant atrocities by Indian Occupation Forces on innocent Kashmiris & unethical targeting of civil population in AJ&K is unacceptable. Indian provocations are a threat to regional peace and stability. Indian Army shall always get befitting response to CFVs” COAS stated.

On the occasion, Bajwa lauded the efforts of the Pak Army officers and soldiers in maintaining peace and protecting the borders of the country. He appreciated the valor, vigilance and professionalism of the army troops.

COAS also appreciated the formation for strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols and proactive assistance to Govt of AJ&K in fighting Corona. “Army will continue to support national effort against pandemic,” Bajwa maintained.
