The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Monday directed collectors of Customs to further extend the time for filing of goods declaration for all IGMS filed between April 7, 2020, to May 9, 2020.
According to the FBR's instructions issued to the Customs offices here on Monday, the board has further extended the time for filing of goods declaration in exercise of powers under Section 224 of the Customs Act, 1969, for all IGMS filed between 7th April, 2020 to 9th May 2020, provided that this order shall not be applicable in case any fine or penalty has already been paid by the importer.
