Futures spread up by 808bps

The futures spread increased by 808bps to 12.01 percent on the last day of the outgoing week.

Trading activities on the futures counter remained low as average daily volumes decreased by 0.8 percent to 46.41 million shares as compared to previous week's average of 46.78 million shares. Average daily trading value on the futures counter declined by 10.1 percent during this week and stood at Rs 2.26 billion.
