The Accountability court (AC) hearing fake bank accounts case on Friday asked the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to submit its written reply with respect to objections filed by former president Asif Ali Zardari against seizure of his house in Karachi's Clifton area.
Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir, while hearing the petition filed by Zardari through his counsel Farooq H Naek against confiscation of his house, ordered the NAB to submit its reply on May 21 and adjourned the hearing.
The NAB prosecutor during the hearing sought time for submitting written reply regarding objection raised by former president Asif Zardari. The NAB had confiscated Zardari's house no 32 in Clifton.
The court, while endorsing seizure of Zardari's house, had allowed him to file objections if they want.
