MILAN: Italy's Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte is meeting coalition allies on Wednesday in a new effort to settle the row over the concession held by Atlantia's motorway unit which Rome has threatened to revoke, two government sources told Reuters.

The two sources, asking not to be named because of the sensitivity of the matter, said the coalition meeting was scheduled for Wednesday morning.
