(Karachi) Information Minister Senator Shibli Faraz has urged the people to follow standard operating procedures to curb spread of coronavirus and run the country's economy.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Thursday, he said the government has taken all-out measures to deal with the corona crisis. He maintained that Pakistan will soon come out of the difficult period under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Faraz pointed out, "Our strategy to deal with the coronavirus is in the right direction as the government has managed Covid-19 in an organized manner."
The minister mentioned that the government is reviewing the situation emerging out of the coronavirus on daily basis and undertaking all out steps to tackle it effectively.
He also said that the government is taking all possible measures to eliminate locusts. "A National locust Control Cell is also being set up in this regard," he said.
