Sindh reports its highest single-day coronavirus cases, deaths

• Sindh has reported 1,247 new cases and 38 more deaths.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah announced on Saturday the highest number of coronavirus cases in Sindh after 1,247 people tested positive for the disease. 

The CM said that in the past 24 hours, 38 more people lost their lives to the novel virus. Total number of fatalities due to the virus have reached 465, the chief minister said. He further said 310 people are in critical condition.

"522 more people have recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours," Shah said.
