HAMBURG: Jordan's state grains buyer has issued a tender for the purchase of 100,000 tonnes of hard wheat which can be sourced from any origin, European traders said on Monday.
The bidding deadline is June 27. Shipment is sought for a range of dates in October and November.
In its last wheat tender on May 24, Jordan purchased 50,000 tonnes of optional-origin wheat for shipment in the first half of October after seeking offers for 100,000 tonnes.
