ISLAMABAD: Newly elected 25th Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf was accorded warm welcome on Saturday when he arrived Prime Minister House to take the charge of the office.
Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf was presented guard of honour and salute by smartly turned-out contingent of the armed forces comprising Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Air Force.
The Prime Minister then inspected the guard of honour of the contingent of the armed forces.
Later, the Prime Minister was introduced to the staff and officials of the Prime Minister House and he shook hand with each and every staff member.
The 25th democratically elected Prime Minister of Pakistan Raja Pervaiz Ashraf then started his first day at the Prime Minister House with informal meeting with his staff members and officials.
