Salman and Katrina just not meant to be

KARACHI: The alleged romantic relationship between Bollywood Superstars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif has always been a source of speculation, but recently Khan refuted all Katrina-related claims saying, “We can’t be a real-life couple.”

According to media sources, Khan highly praised his former flame, saying, “You can fall in love (with her) not only on screen but off screen too. That’s why people love Katrina, and follow her in hordes wherever she goes.”

Sources added that both stars are ready to release their upcoming romantic-thriller “Ek Tha Tiger”. Khan is said to be highly-impressed by her performance saying, “She is a very hard-working actor. She has dedicated around five hours a day, seven days, to each of the songs. The credit for the songs goes completely to her.”

Sources further added that before Ek tha Tiger, Khan and Kaif last paired in “Yuvraaj”, whose release was unable to generate much business.

In Ek Tha Tiger, the most highly-awaited release of the summer, Khan plays an Indian secret agent in Dublin investigating a case, where he eventually ends up falling for a lowly secretary (Kaif).

The movie is scheduled to be released on August 15.
