Farah Khan to dance in ‘Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi’

KARACHI: Farah Khan, the Choreographer behind “Sheila ki Jawani” and “Munni Badnam” has planned to perform a dance number in her upcoming debut film “Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi.”

Speaking about her item song in the film, Khan tweeted "Have woken up 1 hour earlier than alarm in excitement. ‘Joker' ad out n I'm shooting an item song 4 'Shirin Farhad...' bt this time I'm dancing! surreal."

Khan’s movie “Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi” is being directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s sister Bela Segal, and produced under the banner of Eros International Films.

Veteran actor Boman Irani will star opposite Khan. Irani will play the role of a middle-aged Farhad who falls in love with Shirin (Khan).

The movie is scheduled to be released in August of this year.
