LHC notifies new working hours

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court Chief Justice notified new working hours of the High Court and subordinate courts for upcoming holy month of Ramzan.

As per the notification issued here, LHC principal seat at Lahore and its benches at Rawalpindi, Multan and Bahawalpur will start work from 9.00am till 1:30pm with half an hour break from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, LHC and its benches will observe timing from 9.00am to 12:30pm with 30 minutes break.

The subordinate courts will work from 8.00am to 2.00pm on all days except Friday. On Fridays, the lower judiciary will work till 12:30pm without any break.
