Ajay Devgan to work for society

KARACHI: While Amir Khan has staged ‘Satyamey Jayate’ to highlight current social problems facing the country, Ajay Devgan has taken a new route in an effort to give back to society.

Without any publicity, the ‘Bol Bachchan’ star has reportedly signed a deal with the government of Gujarat to venture into power generation setting up a solar power plant of 25 megawatt capacity in Charanka, Gujarat. Devgan has set a target of about 500 MW with an investment of Rs 500 billion.

Devgan is recently enjoying the blockbuster success brought on by the release of his latest film ‘Bol Bachchan’. Alongside Amitabh and Abhishek Bachachan, the kind-hearted star has managed to emerge as a full-on entertainer in his highly-acclaimed smash hit.
