‘Man of Steel’ - DC Comics next project

KARACHI: With the release “The Dark Knight Rises” DC Comics unveiled its next project “Man of Steel”. The teaser for the Man of Steel has hit the internet, offering a brief glimpse of what to expect from the next Superman film.

Unlike Marvel’s superheroes, DC Comics has taken a distinct approach of representing its icons. Despite choosing a candy colored, action-packed theme DC Comics has stayed with the whole legendary appeal that strives for a deep picture, similar to the Batman franchise created by Christopher Nolan.

The teaser features a voice of Clark Kent’s biological father Jor-El, which talks about Superman’s place in the world and what he can become. Director Zack Snyder has chosen to give very little away with the trailer as Superman does not appear until the third-quarter of the teaser.

The reboot of Superman stars Henry Cavill in the lead role and is co-produced by Christopher Nolan. It is slated for release in Summer 2013.
