SYED FAHAD AHMED KARACHI: Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg has put up his Beverly Hills estate for sale for the third time. The actor has asked for a price of $12,995,000 for the mansion which he shares with his wife Rhea Durham and their four children. The current price which the actor now demands is $3 million less than the price when it was listed for the first time. The property is spread over 9,680 sq. yards, boasting seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms in a 1,000 sq yards main house. The property also encompasses a guest house spread over 277.77 sq yards. Wahlberg’s Beverly Hills mansion also features a screening room, a full-sized basketball court, regulation-size boxing ring, a swimming pool with waterfall and waterside, a professionally-equipped gym and a lush green lawn. The eventual buyer will not only enjoy the prestige of living in this magnificent structure but also find Demi Moore as one of the neighbors. The house is up for sale because reportedly work on Wahlberg’s other property, which the couple bought in 2009, has begun. The new property is spread over 29,040 sq. yards with plans for a 3333.33 sq yards house.
