KARACHI: Eid Discount Family Festival would be organized for providing to the people quality products at discounted rates.
This was stated by the Administrator of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), Muhammad Hussain Syed.
He was presiding over a meeting regarding `Bachat Bazar' on Wednesday.
The Administrator said.that the grocery, eatables, items of daily use, clothes, shoes, make up and other products would be made available at discounted rates.
Special security arrangements would be made for the said festival.
Elaborate arrangements would also be made for the parking of the vehicles.
Senior Director Enterprise Promotion, Shaoib Waqar, has been appointed as the focal person for the Festival.
The festival would be arranged at City Auditorium, Aisha Manzil, and there will be 70 stalls. A discount of 20 to 25 percent would be made available.
The Administrator said that at other `Bachat Bazars' under the auspices of KMC it will be ensured that people will get quality products at discounted rates.
