Bruno Mars buys $3.3 mn LA mansion
KARACHI: Singer Bruno Mars has bought a mansion in Los Angeles for a huge 3.3 million dollars.
The 26-year-old singer is now moving to the trendy Laurel Canyon area that has been home to a host of several celebrities.
The mansion has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sits on a generous 4,064 square feet.
Friends will want to visit Bruno as now he is living in such an impressive house.
Visitors to the home are greeted by eight, chunky Calcutta marble columns.
Custom-made 11-foot tall double front doors open into a small foyer, which leads to a large
open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The house is covered in chocolate colored hardwood floors and long walls of floor-to-ceiling
retractable glass panels, allowing for spectacular views of the San Fernando Valley.
A simple firebox in the formal living area makes it cozy, while an enormous sky light and
floating, built-in buffet bar makes the dining area complete a delight.
The service areas, tucked into a corner between the kitchen and the direct-entry garage,
include a guest bedroom with private attached bathroom, a separate office, and a laundry
facility with convenient slop sink.
The house has a well equipped backyard with deep, shaded overhang, an outdoor bar and a
dark-bottom swimming pool surrounded by decking.
There is also a modest lawn that runs from the outdoor living areas around the side of the
house to a gravel patio.
According to Real Estalker property records it was purchased for $3,254,000.
