KARACHI: Diana Ross has expressed displeasure over the recent chaos about Michael Jackson’s children custody case and the appointment of a temporary guardian.
She termed it as a private matter which should not be played out in public.
AS per Jackson’s will, Ross was named a potential guardian for his three children Paris, Prince and Blanket, if his mother was unable to serve.
Radically, a judge suspended Katherine Jackson as the children’s guardian last week after a 10-day absence and instructed the temporary guardian, TJ Jackson, to notify Ross of the changes.
The judge ordered both Ross and Prince Michael and Paris’ mother Debbie Rowe to be informed.
The paperwork is expected to be submitted this week for shared custody and the judge will have to sign off the proposed agreement before it becomes official.
“Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement, she only wants what is best for the children,” sources told the media.
On the other side, due to an alleged argument at the Jackson family home last week in California, Jackson siblings Janet, Randy, Jermaine, and Rebbie have reportedly been banned by Michael Jackson’s estate from the home where their mother lives with his three children.
