KARACHI: Bollywood star Katrina Kaif emerged as the new queen of ad world beating ‘Heroine’ star Kareena Kapoor in a bid to grab an ad of Berger Paints.
It was earlier reported that Berger Paints was trying to rope in a top Bollywood actress to endorse their Silk range of emulsions.
The company was in talks with both Kaif and Kapoor and has reportedly closed the deal with Kaif with an offer of whopping Rs. 70 million.
With this deal, Kaif tops Kapoor, who has a record of charging Rs.50 million for a beverage brand.
Kaif, who is at peak of her career with several big projects in hand, now endorses 12 brands in all.
