matthias-steinerwebKARACHI: German champion Matthias Steiner faced an Olympic ‘Ouch’ moment when he drops 432-pound barbell on his head.

According to media sources, Steiner faced a horrifying situation when he dropped a barbell on his neck during 105+ kg competition.

Sources said that Steiner was making an attempt to grab 196kg that suddenly his knees and arms distorted, which resulted in his considerable fall on top of his head.

The German weight lifter suddenly fell down, while it’s mass bent his neck and head.

Sources added that immediately Steiner was sent to medical officials. The Associated Press reported that Steiner was sent to the hospital for precautionary X-rays.
